Registration for the 2014 SEALS Conference will open on Feb. 3, 2014 at 10am. This year’s conference will be held at The Omni in Amelia Island, FL August 1th through 7th.
You will first register for the conference through EventBee, our online registration system. After you complete the conference registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download a booking form from the Omni. You will need to complete that form and return as directed in order to reserve your room. You may only book a single room absent special permission from SEALS (contact Professor Russell Weaver at firstname.lastname@example.org).
NOTE: If you are trying to register for the conference using a credit card that is associated with a PayPal account, the system requires you to use PayPal to complete the transaction.
NOTE: If all goes smoothly with your registration, you should see link to the hotel booking form (PDF download) on the confirmation page and confirmation email. You can also download that form HERE, but you will need your registration number to submit to the hotel.
