Registration for the 2016 SEALS Conference will open on Feb. 4, 2016. This year’s conference will be held at The Omni in Amelia Island, Florida.
Please read the information below carefully.
You will first register for the conference through EventBee, our online registration system. The system uses PayPal for credit card processing. Please note that if you are trying to register for the conference using a credit card that is associated with an existing PayPal account, the system requires you to use that PayPal account to complete the transaction rather than the credit card itself.
After you complete the conference registration, you will see a confirmation web page and receive a confirmation email with a link to the hotel reservation system managed by the resort. The confirmation will include a registration number that you will need to begin the room booking process. You may only book a single room absent special permission from SEALS (contact Professor Russell Weaver at email@example.com).
Special Note: Anyone who obtains a room without a valid registration number, or who obtains more than a single room without permission, will find that his/her room is subject to cancellation.

Conference Registration Fees are Refundable as Follows:
- Before April 1: 100%
- Before May 1: 50%
- May 1 or After: Non-Refundable

There are several lodging locations available at The Omni.
- Oceanfront run of house guestrooms – $159
- Premier Oceanfront Room – $19
- Oceanfront 1 Bedroom Suite – $250
- Oceanfront 2 Bedroom Villas – $340
- Oceanfront 3 Bedroom Villas – $430
The Residence Inn is the overflow hotel. They are holding a group of rooms at $160 per night. They operate an on demand shuttle that will transport you to and from the conference. Rooms at the Residence Inn must be booked by July 3rd. A booking link is forthcoming.
